When will my Aurora Crate ship?
Monthly crates typically ship between the 15th and 20th of each month. Once your box is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What comes inside a standard Aurora Crate?
Each box includes a newly released hardcover book, 3-5 high-quality bookish items such as candles, bookmarks, or stationery, and exclusive author content.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please ensure changes are made before the 1st of the month to avoid being billed for the next cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the surprise nature of our boxes, we do not accept returns. However, if any item in your crate arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Are the books included in the crate signed?
Many of our featured titles include exclusive signed bookplates or are hand-signed by the author. Check the specific monthly theme announcement for details on signatures.
